Al Ahly forward Salah Mohsen will be missing the first few games of the Egyptian Premier League due to a foot injury.
During the last season, Salah Mohsen became a major name in Al Ahly squad despite his limited playtime.
Mohsen didn’t start a lot of games under the lead of Pitso Mosimane, but he’s proven himself as one of the best substitutions the South African can rely on.
In the 2020/21 season, Salah has made 35 appearances with Al Ahly, in which he scored eight goals and made one assist.

Some of his goals will always be remembered by the Reds’ fans, including the one he scored in the African Super Cup against RS Berkane.
Yesterday, Al Ahly medical team chief Ahmed Abo Abla revealed that Salah suffered an injury during the team’s stay in Niger for the USGN game in CAF Champions League.
The doctor said that Salah Mohsen’s return will take up to three weeks, so he will be missing the opening games of the Egyptian Premier League.
