Hollywood action star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson said on Wednesday that his film production company would not use real guns anymore after a fatal shooting incident involving actor Alec Baldwin on the “Rust” film set in New Mexico last month.
Johnson, who was out in Los Angeles attending the world premiere of his new Netflix blockbuster, “Red Notice,” with co-stars Ryan Reynold’s and Gal Gadot, said Seven Buck Productions, would “not use real guns ever again.”
The on-set shooting death last month has reignited concern about the use of prop guns like the weapon Baldwin discharged in the killing of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
