Ontario residents in several cities impacted by Monday’s snowstorm are continuing to clean up after the weather dumped up to 55 centimetres of accumulation in some parts of the province.
It comes as schools that were closed due to the snow reopened for many communities, with students boarding school buses Wednesday morning after being kept from in-person learning for at least 2 extra days in some cases due to COVID-19 concerns.
While the storm left some people stranded or stuck under piles of snow, others including some dogs enjoyed the weather with some jumping through mounds of snow.
