Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, met with First Nations chiefs in Canada’s north on the final day of their royal Canadian visit, which focused on Indigenous issues and climate change.
The couple participated in several events in the Yellowknife’s Dene First Nation community of Dettah, including the feeding of the fire ceremony and drum circle.
The couple was expected to hear about Indigenous-led solutions to climate change in their meetings with First Nations chiefs.
